Weddings // Dale & Amy // Fountains Abbey

This wedding is a bit special as Dale has become a very good friend since I first met him when I was covering the wedding of Jo and Hadde. I was there to document the day he proposed to Amy, he came to photograph me when I nearly killed myself running 10k for charity, and most importantly we play waaaayyyy too much Call of Duty with each other.  So to be honest I was filled with a mixture of nerves and pride when he asked me to cover his wedding, but I didn't need to worry as the day was pretty much as perfect as any couple could hope for (..aside from a broken collar bone).

We started in York for a wander around with the boys....

After the craziness of York it was nice to get back to the serenity of the girls getting ready at Ripon Spa Hotel

Then it was over to the stunning Fountains Abbey. If you have never been - it is STUNNING and there were acres and acres of grounds that we didnt have time to even get to on the day.
